Data Deletion

In effect from 01.01.2026

1. How to request deletion

If you would like us to delete your personal data processed through H24 CRM (including data received via the WhatsApp integration), email info@h24app.cz with the subject "Data Deletion" and include your name or the phone number you contacted us from.

2. Timeline

We will process your request and delete the data from our systems within 30 days, except where we are legally required to retain certain information (e.g. accounting or tax records).

3. If you are a clinic's patient

If you are a patient of a clinic using H24 CRM, please also contact the clinic directly — it is the controller of your personal data.
